Pricing Information
All Prices Include:
- The full cost of the product or service
- VAT (where applicable - currently not VAT registered)
- Clearly stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)
Additional Costs:
- Shipping costs for physical products are calculated and displayed at checkout
- No hidden fees - The total price shown at checkout is the final price you pay
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in your country (these are your responsibility)

Payment Terms
When is payment taken?
- Payment is taken immediately when you complete your order
- You must have sufficient funds or credit available
Accepted payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Debit cards
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay)
Payment processing:
- All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments
- We do not store or have access to your full payment card details
- You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful
Failed payments:
- If your payment fails, you will be notified immediately
- Your order will not be processed until successful payment is received
- Contact your card provider if payment issues persist

4. Delivery Expectations
Digital Products (eBooks & Bundles)
Delivery Method: Email with download links
Timing:
- Links sent within 15 minutes of payment confirmation
- Typically within 5 minutes
- Available for immediate download
What if I don't receive my download link?
- Check spam/junk folder
- Check the email address you provided was correct
- Contact us at sally@sallygutteridge.com with your order number
- We will resend within 1-2 hours during business hours
Your responsibilities:
- Download files promptly (links remain active for a reasonable period)
- Store files securely on your device
- Ensure you have appropriate software to open PDF files
Physical Products (Paperback Books)
Shipping Provider: Royal Mail (UK), international postal services (outside UK)
Processing Time:
- Orders typically dispatched within 1-2 working days
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays dispatched next working day
Delivery Time (from dispatch):
- UK Mainland: 3-5 working days
- UK Highlands & Islands: 5-7 working days
- Europe: 7-14 working days
- Rest of World: 14-21 working days
Tracking:
- Provided where available
- Sent to your email once dispatched
- Not all services include tracking
Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Incorrect address information provided by you
- Recipient not available to receive delivery
If your order hasn't arrived:

- Typically 2-4 weeks from booking date
Session Details:
- You receive calendar invitation
- Online sessions: Zoom link sent 24 hours before
- In-person sessions: Address and directions provided
- Reminder sent 48 hours before session
What if scheduling doesn't work?
- We will work with you to find suitable times
- If no mutually convenient time can be found within 8 weeks, full refund provided
Community Access
Access Granted: Within 24 hours of payment
What you receive:
- Welcome email with platform access instructions
- Login credentials
- Community guidelines
- Orientation materials
5. Your Consumer Rights
Digital Content
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
Your rights if digital content is faulty:
- Right to repair or replacement
- Right to price reduction or refund if repair/replacement not possible
Cooling-off period:
- You waive the 14-day right when you agree to immediate delivery and access/download the content
- This is confirmed at checkout
Physical Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, physical goods must be:

These Terms Don't Affect Your Legal Rights

6. Our Right to Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
- Product no longer available
- Pricing error on our website
- Unable to obtain authorization for payment
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected

- Full refund provided within 3-5 working days
